FICOM provides occupational medicine and immediate care without the wait
FICOM is a veteran-owned clinic on North Glenstone in Springfield. Workers, employers, and families come to us for DOT physicals, drug screens, work comp injury care, and everyday illness and injury. No appointment is needed for most services, and most visits are finished in about 20 minutes.
What we do
DOT Physicals
A DOT physical is $105, requires no appointment, and takes about 20 minutes. A certified DOT Medical Examiner is on staff.
Employer Services
We handle pre-employment physicals, drug and alcohol testing, and work comp care for area companies, and we can set up your account the same day you call.
Work Comp Injury Care
We evaluate workplace injuries on a walk-in basis with x-ray on site. Patients need to be checked in with paperwork complete by 4:30 pm.
Drug & Alcohol Testing
A rapid 5-panel screen is $65 and a rapid 10-panel is $75. We are an approved collection site for Quest, Labcorp, DISA, and FormFox.
Direct Primary Care
Members see a provider as often as they need for $50 a month per person, and baseline labs are included.
Immediate Care
We treat illness and minor injuries on a walk-in basis, and the visit price is a flat $150.
We post our prices and skip the middlemen
We post our prices, we collect payment up front, and we do not bill health insurance. Workers’ compensation is the exception, and those visits are billed directly to your employer. Cutting out the middleman is how we keep our rates favorable and our wait times short.
Hours
We are open Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. Some services have earlier walk-in cutoffs, and those are listed on the Contact page. We are closed on weekends and major holidays.
