What are your hours of operation?
FICOM Health System is on call 24/7 and open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The last patient check-in is at 3:30 p.m.
What kind of services do your perform for work place injuries?
Physicals, drug testing, hair testing, audio’s, pft’s, wellness exams, x-rays, vaccines, labs and more.
As an employer, how do I sign up for you to see my employees?
We have a simple one-page form for you to fill out with the company name, address, phone number, contact person and e-mail address. We can also take information over the phone, call 417-832-1117.
How do I send my employees to FICOM?
An authorization form will be sent to you and you can fill it out with the employees name and what they are coming for. You can also just call us, fax us or e-mail our office.
