Direct Primary Care (DPC) is exactly what it sounds like. You pay the clinic directly, a flat $50 per person per month, and you see our providers when you need to without an office visit fee. No insurance company sits between you and your care.

What your membership includes

Provider visits with no office fee You see our providers when you need to, and charges only apply for additional services beyond the visit itself.
Baseline labs at no charge Your baseline lab work is included in the membership for free.

What is not included

Services beyond seeing your provider, such as imaging, procedures, medications, and specialty testing, are billed at our posted cash rates. We will always tell you the price before we do anything.

Who DPC is for

DPC works for everyone, whether you are insured, underinsured, or uninsured. With deductibles and co-pays as high as they have gotten, many insured families never actually reach the point where insurance pays for their everyday care. For them, DPC is the most cost-effective way to see a provider regularly. It fits the self-employed, small business owners and their teams, and anyone tired of paying premiums and then paying again at the front desk.

You can pay your membership with pretax HSA dollars

Recent legislation allows pretax Health Savings Account dollars to be applied to properly designed DPC programs like ours. If you have an HSA, your membership may cost you meaningfully less than the sticker price. Your tax professional can tell you how it applies to your situation.

DPC works as a small business benefit

Small businesses sign their teams up for DPC and pay all or part of the membership, and many of our member companies tell us it is an excellent recruiting and retention tool. It is a health benefit an owner can actually afford to offer, and one phone call sets it up for your team.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There is no contract and no commitment, and you can cancel whenever you like.

How do prescriptions work?

Our providers manage your prescriptions as part of your ongoing care, written in supplies of up to 60 days. We do not provide one-time refills outside the DPC program.
