Setting up an account takes one phone call
Account setup starts with a call to 417-832-1117. Our billing administrator will send you our authorization sheet, our protocol paperwork, and our pricing, and she will get your company set up in our system. You can call any time during business hours, and we can often have you set up for same-day services.
Sending someone in for a visit
We need authorization from an approved individual at your company, emailed to ficom@faithoccmed.com before your employee arrives or sent along with them. That is all we need to bill you directly.
Paying invoices
You can pay your invoice online here, or you can call the office with any billing questions.
