Testing services

Rapid drug screens A rapid 5-panel screen is $65 and a rapid 10-panel is $75, and results come back fast.
Lab-based collections We collect urine, oral fluid, and hair samples and send them to the major national labs.
Breath alcohol testing We perform breath alcohol testing in the clinic.
Employer testing programs We follow your company’s protocol for pre-employment, random, and post-accident testing. The Employers page explains how to set up an account.

We are an approved collection site for the national networks

FICOM is an approved collection site for FormFox, DISA, Quest Diagnostics, and Labcorp. If your employer ordered your test through one of these networks, we can collect it here in Springfield, and you will not have to figure out which lab across town takes your paperwork.

Do I need an appointment for a drug screen?

No. Drug screens are walk-in, but you must arrive by 3:30 pm to be tested that day.

How much does a drug screen cost?

A rapid 5-panel is $65 and a rapid 10-panel is $75 for self-pay. If your employer is paying, we bill them directly with their authorization on file.
